Maxime Elliot is a UK-based pop-soul artist from Lyon, blending rich melodies, bilingual lyrics and cinematic storytelling. Featured on BBC Introducing, his warm pop sound will appeal to fans of Leon Bridges, Olivia Dean and Christine & The Queens.
Born in Lyon, Maxime Elliot grew up immersed in soul, reggae, and French pop. Now based in the UK, he creates
shimmering pop-soul that brings together catchy songwriting and cinematic depth.
His debut EP Purple Groove earned support from BBC Introducing, and his singles October (2024), The Black Part (2025), and Daydreaming (2025) have introduced his sound to a growing audience.
On stage, Maxime is known for warm, captivating performances. He recently headlined Bristol’s iconic venue The Louisiana with his concert series Soul In The City. As a songwriter, his craft has been shaped at Chris Difford’s BMI-sponsored retreats, where he collaborated with Difford, Nina Nesbitt, and other established artists.
In 2025, Maxime is releasing new music and performing across the UK, continuing to grow as a fresh and distinctive voice in contemporary pop-soul.
